Monday morning at approximately 07:25 hours The Mattydale fire department was dispatched for a reported porch fire with several callers. Mattydale car -2 (Fitch) reported a "header" ( Heavy Black Smoke) From Route 11. Mattydale car 2 (Fitch) and Mattydale car 3 (Smith) arrived to find the house fully involved and signaled a second alarm 99 and had ordered outside operations. Upon arrival of Mattydale quint-3 Multiple hand lines were quickly deployed on the "A" side and a knock on the fire was started. Liverpool engine 2 had started master stream operations on the "C" side of the structure. North Syracuse truck 1 had taken a 2nd hydrant on Route 11 and had started aerial master stream operations on the "C" side as well.  Moyers Corners has the R.I.T assignment. Other mutual aid companies were Hinsdale, Lyncourt, and East Syracuse.
