On Friday, October 10, Don Bender and Dave Fitch were guests at the Roxboro Elementary school assembly, where they announced the 2014 coloring contest winners.  The winners were asked to step forward and have their pictures taken with Don and Dave.  Don and Dave were also interviewed by students Alexa Procopio and Izzabella Muller and asked questions on the Mattydale Fire Department and Fire Prevention.  These 2 girls wrote their own questions, which ranged from how long Don and Dave were members to why they volunteer their time.  It was a fun question and answer session.
